About

How much attention does your career get while you're busy doing your job?

You may be doing well professionally and still have questions about what comes next. Perhaps you want more responsibility, a different environment or greater recognition for the expertise you already bring. Finding time to explore those questions properly is often another matter.

Welcome to The Career Table, a curated morning for professionals who want to take an active role in shaping their careers.

Hosted by Kinga Malec and Tessa Veenboer, this small-group gathering brings you into conversation with experienced hosts and peers. It's an opportunity to ask the questions you rarely get to discuss at work, hear how others have approached similar decisions and consider possibilities beyond your immediate professional circle.
